Political FATA and its future

FATA, the tribal areas have certain treaty relations with Pakistan. Under the constitution of 1973 these areas are given a special status, as the jurisdiction of this constitution does not apply there but they are still ruled by the regulations made by the British’s in 1901, to govern these areas.
